Job Purpose The incumbent will support the Associate Dean (Continuing Education) and work closely with Senior Assistant Director, as well as the Professional Continuing Education (PaCE) in driving the business development and cultivating the ecosystem of CET at the College and University in line with the nation’s lifelong learning objectives. The incumbent is expected to manage all sales and marketing inquiries and leads generated from online, digital, mobile, roadshow/onsite/campus campaigns and info-sessions. An experienced and hands-on telesales lead who is meticulous in the leads management process, familiar with database management, excel, and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as tracking and reporting tools will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities Interface between College and Schools to harmonise the outreach strategies, implementation plans, and efforts and support the Schools in their outreach Manage upstream activity, including attending to all leads generated from sales and marketing campaigns and inquiries, drive lead conversion and reporting. Work with Professional Continuing Education (PaCE) to support queries pertaining to operational matters Work with internal teams to execute sales and marketing activities to promote College’s capabilities and demand generation programs through on and offline campaigns, events, media releases, case studies, or websites Manage downstream activity, including working with PaCE Operation Team to ensure smooth delivery of courses and learner’s journey and experience management Oversee the whole process of managing and responding to enquires, constantly engage them with regular updates of the programmes available, and eventually work towards the goal of having them sign up for the programmes Support in formulating sales and marketing tactics in line with the college’s priority, and business objectives Requirements Degree qualification from a recognized university Knowledge on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / website design/ Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) will be an added advantage Familiar/ well *** in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ database management tools for tracking of leads, enquiries, and reporting purpose Possess minimum 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experiences Experience in hunting and farming sales in the Higher Education landscape.
