PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO DIVERSITY CANDIDATES You will be part of a team of four local Proposal Managers, with the support of an extended team in Chennai. All are dedicated to producing influential and accurate integrated, multi-product capital equipment proposals (scope 2 and higher). By joining this team, you will work in an international environment involving different cultures, challenges, and time zones. Job Scope / Responsibilities Deliver input to compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes for submissions with low to medium complexity. Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and logistics. Engage in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope change. Communicate and influence at a senior level. Act as support for sales teams and subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practice. Compile and validate cost estimates of products or projects. Compile and validate estimates of current material and labor costs for projects. Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities. What you bring Bachelor's degree in science. 5+ years of experience in project execution or product development. Capability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary and intercultural teams. Ability to build and maintain good relationships on all levels of the organization. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop plans returning positive results from a set of ambiguous requirements. Ability to synthesize information and lead status meeting for internal stakeholders.
