The Director, Registrar’s Office, provides leadership, oversight and operational guidance for academic planning and governance, student services and strategic planning for the Student Academic and Services Department (SASD), to support the achievement of NTU’s educational goals. Responsibilities Plan, implement and review the undergraduate and postgraduate intake with NTU Colleges/Schools. Plan and drive NTU’s annual performance management reporting to MOE, and the Quality Assurance Framework for Universities (QAFU) exercise which takes place once every few years. Establish and review the Student Academic Integrity Benchmarks and Procedures. Serve as custodian of Student Discipline Policy Procedures across Colleges, Schools, Departments and Offices. Drive the planning, organisation and co-ordination of convocation ceremonies. Ensure good governance in managing student data, and drive data analytics of student data to enable informed decision making on academic and student related policies and processes. Drive the review of SASD’s strategic plan and manage SASD’s budget. Requirements A good university degree, preferably Master’s degree in business administration or related fields. At least 15 years’ of management experience preferably in the tertiary education sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and critically. Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and allocate resources effectively. Able to adapt to changes quickly and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in numerical analysis to derive insights that can improve strategies, polices and processes. Capable of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, to rally support from diverse stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex matters to diverse stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills.
