Partner with the best As a Cementing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in being the on-site, first point of contact for our cementing activities. You’ll be leading people and working on a variety of complex projects. As a Cementing Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising crew, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment Providing guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and to aid decision-making processes Mentoring the training and development of your team to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers Providing planning and guidance for cementing jobs to ensure your team have the correct instructions and equipment Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/ Petroleum. Have solid experience of 5+ years in planning supervising cementing and other allied services in offshore rigs. Have experience in planning supervising primary cementation of at least three offshore U-HPHT wells having BHST above 350°F.
