Knowbe4's Software Quality Assurance Engineering (QAE) teamis seeking a team member who is passionate about software quality. As part of our fantastic team, you will work closely with the QAE team, Software Engineering team, Platform Engineering team, and Product team to help define testing strategies and implement processes to improve the rapid deployment of new features. This person will create, execute and maintain test cases that meet our remarkably high standards of quality, performance, and platform stability.
Responsibilities:

Participate in design and requirement reviews
Write clear and concise test cases
Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing of our products
Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality and user experience
Troubleshoot and triage issues/bugs with multiple teams during the testing process to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
Document and follow up on all encountered bugs/issues during the triage process
Assist other departments to answer questions about the product, reproducing issues, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 months of: software testing experience including working knowledge of our SDLC
Prior experience with Jira
Basic knowledge of SCRUM is a plus
Exceptional troubleshooting and issue isolation skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication time management skills
Have an eagerness for learning and a desire to stay up-to-date with software quality assurance best practices

The base pay for this position ranges from $45,000 - $60,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
