We are seeking an experienced, energetic and engaging trainer to be part of our regional training team for our direct care staff who care for individuals with developmental disability.The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted trainer who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. Our Talent Development Specialists/ Trainers arecrucial tothe provision of qualityservicesand are responsible for the delivery ofspecialized staff training, including, but not limited to:Facilitating new employee orientation and annual required trainings on a regional basisLeading virtual trainings using Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Teams as well as assisting with technical issues with participating staffEffectively use computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc)Updating our Learning Management System with completions, classes, and crucial dataMonitoring of all training components: schedules, documentation, and materialsCommunicating in an ongoing, open, and direct manner with all levels of staff; specifically relating to training requirements and needsProviding support for other trainers, as well as, for organizational and departmental in-service trainingsCooperatively coordinate training services and resources with staff to maximizethe benefit to persons served, programs, and staff
