Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Part-Time Lecturer for CS2026 MEDIA PRESENTATION AND PERFORMANCE We are looking for a part-time lecturer to teach media presentation at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information. The undergraduate course aims to equip students with basic skills and knowledge in two areas: effective presentation of media content and directing presenters, talents, cameras and production crew, including knowledge of equipment. The course will focus mainly on both "factual" and “narrative” genres in digital media productions. The lecturer should have good industry experience and knowledge of the topics covered in the course. The course format consists of a total of 39 hours of instruction that includes lectures, in-class activities and seminar discussions. The lecturer will be responsible for syllabus planning, class preparation, marking for assessment and student consultation. Requirements: Master’s or bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years industry experience in film and digital media and programmes. Background in communication or a related discipline is preferred.
