The incumbent shall actively contribute to academic initiatives and activities aimed at enriching students' learning experience throughout their postgraduate academic journey. Responsibilities: Assist and work closely with all stakeholders in all aspects of Programme Management, including but not limited to coordinating the drafting, submission and implementation of new agreements, programmes and curriculums. Assist in the management of part-time lecturer (PTL) engagement and verification of teaching hours for payment. Assist in the management, matching and allocation of student group projects. Assist in coordinating Teaching Assistant (TA) assignments and provide admin support to the TA award selection committee. Assist in the collation and preparation of reports. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Prior working experience in higher education environment, especially in administration of academic programmes, will be an added advantage. Excellent organization, prioritization, monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, resourceful and excellent team player.
