Role Description As part of developing a Change Management Practice in India we are looking for strong candidates who can work across a variety of Technology projects/programmes across the organisation. The Project Manager will support and manage projects across the project lifecycle to ensure delivery that is on time, in budget and within scope within Technology division of LSEG. The role sits within the Technology division of LSEG. The role requires strong alignment and collaboration with all the Technology divisions, as well as Transformation Management Office and Finance. Key Responsibilities Identify and manages project and programme dependencies. Support and manage projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring project charters, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place. Partner with project sponsors/stakeholders (including customers) to agree project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status reports to update key stakeholders on project progress. Anticipate issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks. Manage project workstreams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case. Supervise the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts. Ensure all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management. Represent the project in various governance forums. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years in project or programme management. Capable of working independently and collaboratively as needed to deliver against objectives Demonstrated track record as a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing demands; ability to wear multiple hats and be both a "thinker" and a "doer" Ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional results to tight deadlines Highly motivated / Strong work ethic – Proven commitment to adapt and champion time sensitive/mission critical processes operating in a global and matrix-type organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate findings in a compelling manner to internal and external audiences which include senior level executives. Exceptional project management capabilities and ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external stakeholders to deliverables on tight deadlines. Technical Skills: Experience in project managing one or more of the following Cyber areas: Identity Access Management (Sailpoint, Active Directory, CyberArk, BeyondTrust) Vulnerability Threat Management (Qualys) Application Security (Software Development, DevSecOps, Semgrep) Layer 7 Application Protection (Cloudflare, Web Access Firewalls (WAF)) Incident Detection Response (Splunk, D3) End Point Security (Crowdstrike, McAfee, Symantec) Reporting (Power BI) Data Loss Prevention (Digital Guardian, Microsoft AIP) Regulatory Remediation (CBEST etc.) Cloud Security Private Access (ZScaler) Desirable Skills Global experience – working efficiently with teams in multiple locations simultaneously.
