We’re looking for a dynamic and qualified professional with entrepreneurial spirit and street credibility to serve as Program Director. Successful candidates will bring not only a track record of effective leadership but also lived experience and expertise in engaging with at-risk youth and contributing to initiatives addressing youth violence and crime. This perspective is key to ensuring the success and impact of our programs. The Program Director will play two major roles: 1) Develop relationships with at-risk youth and other community members to support program scaling and 2) Spearhead the strategic expansion of NEPI into Nigeria, overseeing resource management and strategic partnerships. The Country Program Director will direct the NEPI program in Lagos, Nigeria. Regional travel may be required.
