Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Manager – Completions, you’ll manage the service delivery for the well intervention portfolio by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence for assigned area of responsibility in a customer facing capacity. As a Service Delivery Manager – Completions, you will be responsible for: Managing day to day operations, overseeing the budget, and profit / lost in Australia. Collaborating with sales/commercial teams in managing forecast activity and implement pathways to grow the business. Owning the weekly revenue reporting and monthly Billing Collections processes. Ensuring flawless execution by recording all job information into our Salesforce Lightning-based job scheduling system Ensuring the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio ensuring we harvest our contracts. Having to develop the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Have 5 - 10 years of experience in well completions (incl; Liner Hanger, packers etc.) Have team management experience with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Be self-motivated and highly organized. Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Have demonstrate ability to Analyse, resolve problems and ability to lead projects. Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Have established project management skills.
