• Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.


Administrative Duties:
• Oversee general office operations, including handling correspondence, calls, and emails.
• Draft and proofread documents, reports, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and other documentation.


Event Coordination:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, conferences, and events on behalf of the Chairman.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the success of events.
• Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities related to events.


Communication and Liaison:
• Facilitate communication between the Chairman and various departments within the branch.
• Act as a liaison between the Chairman and external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Information Management
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Conduct research and compile information as needed for reports and presentations.
