Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Liner Upper Completions, you will be responsible for: Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Managing multiple or single products/services. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the job cycle across organizational boundaries. Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support. Executing ordering to remittance (OTR) and coordinate both salable and service deliverables to client. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s level in relevant discipline or relevant experience. Have at least 3 years of prior experience working in liner hanger and completions, or 5 years in oil and gas industry. Preferably have offshore experience in liner hangers and completions project management. Have good understanding on tool mechanics and hydraulics. Have experience in resource allocation and management. Be creative and have problem solving attitude. Have a good knowledge in Torque and Drag, Jobcenter (not necessarily if external), and Tubemove. Have an extensive experience in eMTJC management of processes. Work in a way that works for you.
