Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Wireline / E-Line, you’ll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Wireline / E-Line, you will be responsible for: Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Managing multiple or single products/services. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the job cycle across organizational boundaries. Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support. Executing ordering to remittance (OTR) and coordinate both salable and service deliverables to client Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Have minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Wireline or E-Line. Have excellent leadership, good interpersonal, influencing and planning skills. Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Have demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization. Have ability to document, plan, market and execute programs. Have prior experience includes roles such as: field/remote engineer, applications engineer or similar, service delivery coordinator.
