Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment and facilities in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Complete repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and components.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Also work with the cleaning staff if needed.
