Key Responsibilities Maintain a ‘golden source’ database for risk event handling Facilitate integration with existing and future data sources Produce risk event management information and dashboards for Governance Committees Manage the structure and content of dashboards Work in close collaboration with Risk Champions to streamline incident and risk event reporting Visualize risk and control information to inform business and management decisions Respond to ad-hoc queries from internal user base The role has future potential to expand into: Strategic initiatives involving risk events (process improvements, reporting and analytics) Representing Risk Event function at system integration meetings for the GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) Tool Candidate Profile / Key Skills Familiarity with processes for management of risk events (incidents and losses) Exposure to wider Non-Financial Risk framework capabilities, e.g. Risk Control Assessment Attention to detail and precision in data handling and reporting Ability to manage multiple reports and data sources simultaneously Demonstrated discretion with sensitive information Strong Excel skills Knowledge of visualisation tools, e.g. Power BI, is a plus Exposure to Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) systems is desirable Integrity Has the sustained drive and energy to deliver to time and quality Partnership Supports a collaborative and inclusive environment to meet group objectives Strong team player with ability to execute in a matrix structure, across time zone and national boundaries.
