Facilities Management includes roles within Warehouse Facilities Management (e.g. real estate acquisition property management, purchasing related to facilities); Warehousing Facilities Planning (e.g. space and workplace planning and assessments); Warehousing Facilities Services (e.g. warehouse security, maintenance repair, custodial grounds keeping services, equipment upkeeping). A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks. Technical knowledge is required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes. Solutioning is through a choice between known alternatives, within the area of expertise and the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the solution. The job requires previous work experience in a related area, or technical knowledge on warehousing projects/maintenance obtained via advanced education. Main job responsibilities: 1. SWE warehouse portfolio management Support internal stakeholders in drafting warehouse opening, expansion or modification projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external companies (construction companies, equipment suppliers, consulting companies and landlords) the execution of warehouse projects. Design preventive/corrective maintenance action plans to ensure that the appearance and working conditions of warehouses are optimal. Take responsibility on its implementation. Negotiate contracts with facility service providers (utility suppliers, cleaning companies, security companies and equipment suppliers). Act as a point of contact with warehouse landlords in SWE. 2. SWE company vehicle fleet management Coordinate with internal customers and vendors the delivery/return of company cars in ES/PT. Support drivers in resolving fines they may get, incidents they may have with their company cars in ES/PT. Coordinate with internal clients in ES/PT and the oil company's administrators the operation of users’ fuel cards. Assist local contacts in FR and Maghreb in the management of their company vehicles fleets. Ensure compliance with internal policies in the assignment of company vehicles throughout SWE.
