As a creative Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our advertising and promotional gift products. Your primary responsibility will be to listen carefully to account managers and understand their needs before making design decisions. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including advertising, product packaging, and corporate identity, where your creative flair and attention to detail will be essential.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, creative directors, or account managers to develop creative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives.
Work on a variety of products and activities, ensuring that each design meets the agreed-upon brief.
Choose the appropriate media and style to achieve the desired outcome.
Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Estimate the time required to complete work and provide accurate quotes to clients.
Develop design briefs that effectively communicate the client's purpose and objectives.
Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts, incorporating interactive design where appropriate.
Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers, utilizing various media, including computer-aided design (CAD), while staying updated with emerging technologies.
Proofread designs to ensure accuracy and high-quality work.
Demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketches and finalize layouts for print.
Complete any required work quickly, in proportion to the project size, and generally maintain a high speed of execution.
