We are looking for a Practice Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team.Are you an all-rounder with excellent administration, bookkeeping and management experience? Experience in a medical company will be advantageous.REQUIREMENTS:• Matric compulsory • Tertiary qualification advantageous• Very well presented and own transport and driver’s license • Excellent communication skills, must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans • Financial experience with debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations• Very accurate numerical skills• All round administration and PA experience advantageous• Essential to be accountable and take full responsibility of this job function• Computer LiterateDUTIES:• Oversee the company's financial data and compliance• Manage accurate books on accounts payable and receivable• Daily financial entries and reconciliations• Managing and collecting of debtors • Daily reporting of creditors• Daily Bank Reconciliations• Assisting with any patient account queries• Manage staff and general staff requirements• PA duties where required to support the Doctor• Monitoring emails• Processing Medical Aid remittances • Process Injury on Duty claims• Processing invoices from suppliers and adding to stock on our systems• Any ad-hoc duties that arise and offer assistance all round when needed Salary: Depending on experienceClosing Date: 02/06/2024 – Should you not hear from us in 2 weeks, please accept your application wasn’t successful.
