Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools. Partner with the best As an Assembly, Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for: · Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed according to global and standard methods. · Being responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment in workshop under general supervision · Following standard practices and procedures when conducting technical maintenance and the preventative/predictive maintenance on down-hole tools . . Identifying potential enhancements in processes, tooling’s and procedures to implement and improve. · Being responsible for all maintenance planning and exclusion of the tools according to Baker Hughes requirements · Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in safety, quality, delivery and cost. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. · Have minimum of 5 years of experience of working in an assembly and maintenance, production or operation environment out of which 2 years minimum as Teal lead role · Demonstrate an Advanced level of English · Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role. · Be a good team player and display good communication skills · Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others. · Display effective problem identification and solution skills. · Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP.
