Partner with the best As a CNC Machinist, you will set-up and operate special purpose equipment, conventional (lathe and/or mill), and/or numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers for fabrication of metallic and nonmetallic parts that hold to the high-quality machine standards required within the organization. As a CNC Machinist, you will: Read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls as required Perform quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge Follow and record internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have at least 1+ years’ experience setting up, monitoring, and maintaining CNC lathe or mill machines in a fast-paced safety-first manufacturing environment Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment Have good machining and general product knowledge to be able to maximize equipment performance Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions Have good knowledge of HSE requirements and be able to follow safety policies and procedures Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. In this role, we can offer the following working schedule: 2nd shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM following initial training on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM for roughly 4 - 8 weeks), with overtime as required to meet business needs.
