Promover a melhoria contínua nos processos através da constante atualização e garantindo os requisitos Legais aplicáveis e Padrões Alcoa. - Planejar ações Segurança; - Atuar na promoção do cumprimento de Requisitos Legais vigentes e Padrões de Segurança internos Alcoa; - Condução e participação de análise de incidentes de segurança; - Acompanhar a gestão de segurança das áreas da Alcoa juruti, incluindo análise crítica dos dados semanais e mensais; - Realizar treinamentos conforme cronograma anual; - Realizar revisões em material de treinamento conforme atualizações de normas, padrões e procedimentos de segurança; - Realizar inspeções de segurança; - Acompanhar a CIPA para que esteja adequada às condições Legais; - Realizar a gestão das informações de incidentes e demais informações de segurança; - Monitorar o cumprimento das ações de segurança; - Responder e auditar protocolos de Segurança da Alcoa e Requisitos Legais; - Participar de grupos de gestão de protocolos de Segurança; - Elaborar e revisar procedimentos e outros documentos de relacionadas a Segurança do Trabalho da Alcoa Juruti; - Planejar, programar e orientar inspeções de segurança nas áreas operacionais. - Avaliar procedimentos operacionais garantindo os protocolos de segurança; - Atuar no relacionamento com empresas contratadas que atuam no empreendimento; - Atuar na realização da gestão de risco. Experiência como técnico de segurança igual ou maior que 5 anos; Conhecimento geral das Normas Regulamentadoras da CLT; CNH B com no mínimo 2 anos de emissão; Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal; Boa comunicação e oratória; Proatividade; Fácil adaptação em locais remotos.
