As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for: Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of costs as the basis for budgeting and project-planning Analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, costs, and cash for a defined period Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures Supporting closing process, including project margin reviews and other analysis Supporting manufacturing cost analysis and closing activities. Partnering with Plant and Finance manager on cost out initiatives Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects Defining KPI's to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans.
