If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Junior SDET at Rank, you will:Develop reliable automated test cases to ensure the quality of our software.Collaborate with our development teams to identify and address test failures early in the development cycle.Assist in the creation of automated testing tools and frameworks, including the design and execution of automated test cases.Contribute to the automated building of test environments and continuous integration processes.Ensure all tests are executed as required and communicate results and statistics clearly.Support the rollout and adoption of test automation with multiple Product teams (Squads).Promote testing, test automation, and Quality practices within the organization.Skills Attributes:Must Have:Direct coding experience in Java, JavaScript, or Typescript on Linux.Experience in test automation using tools like Selenium.Demonstrable knowledge of integrating test frameworks in a Jenkins pipeline.Practical experience using Git/Bitbucket.General Skills:Ability to find creative solutions and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Team player with the ability to take individual ownership and responsibility.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Calm and composed under pressure with the ability to handle difficult situations.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Requirements:Strong understanding of test approaches, methods, and techniques.Familiarity with Specification by Example and its implementation.Understanding of the significance of DevOps beyond just Ops.Effective communication skills, whether spoken, written, or through collaboration over documentation.ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
