About the Role We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience implementing or supporting Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun! Please apply with an English version of your CV. Thank you. Key Areas of Responsibility: Master Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling. Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution. Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday. Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions. Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements. Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions. Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants. Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships. Hacer lo siguiente en una interacción con los clientes: comprender los requisitos empresariales del cliente, configurar la solución de Workday, demostrar las configuraciones mediante la creación de la configuración de prototipos y ayudar al cliente a probar la solución de Workday. Trabajar con el cliente para ayudar a convertir los datos heredados al sistema de Workday. Ayudar al equipo de Consultoría de Integraciones a configurar y probar las integraciones entre Workday y las soluciones personalizadas o de terceros. Comprender la metodología de implementación de Workday y utilizarla en todas las interacciones con los clientes. Garantizar que el cliente aproveche las soluciones probadas de Workday. Qué esperamos de usted About You Basic Qualifications 3+ years of functional experience with Absence, Time Tracking and/or Scheduling software solutions or systems. Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant. Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English Other Qualifications Passion for customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Cualificaciones básicas 3 años o más de experiencia funcional en soluciones o sistemas de software de ausencias, monitoreo de horas y programación de horarios. Experiencia previa en consultoría, ya sea como consultor en una empresa de servicios profesionales o como consultor interno. Experiencia en implementación de Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG o aplicaciones similares o haber trabajado con ellas. Es obligatorio contar con título universitario o experiencia equivalente. Indispensable ser bilingüe en español e inglés. Otras cualificaciones Pasión por el servicio al cliente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Habilidades de análisis comercial y recopilación de requisitos. Capacidad para aprender sobre tecnología con rapidez a través de la capacitación y el autoaprendizaje. Se valorará la experiencia en implementación simultánea de varios proyectos.
