Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English Other Qualifications Passion for customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
