Coordination of activities of the FPA department with responsibility for the reporting of results.
Partner and support Business Finance Leads, Business Line Leaders and Corporate.
Prepare Monthly quarterly reports to Regional Management with insight and analysis of the financial performance of the business from a historical and forward-looking perspective, highlighting exceptions and key issues. This should include but not be limited to the following:Gross Margin and EBITA performance.Gross Service Revenue and Net Service Revenue Trends.Project Performance.Utilization, Labour and Headcount variance analysis.Analysis of Overhead performance to support cost control measures.Contracted and Awarded Backlog, Wins, Bookings and Book to Burn Ratio.Business Development Return on Investment.Operating Cash flow, Working Capital, and DSO Performance.Manage and co-ordinate the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (Budget) and Monthly Outlooks (Forecasting).Contribute commentary and analysis to support the monthly Business Review Presentations.Prepare review some GL reconciliations.Accounting journals preparationSupport GL recon teamComplex organizational structure, with various departments, currenciesService costing/project costing reporting required
Specific Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Business and Financial performance including, profit and loss, working capital and project accounting.
