We constantly raise the bar in terms of quality and distinction********Role Overview: As the General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of Graham Beck Robertson, adhering to company standards.
Your responsibilities include:
• Leadership: Inspire and guide our talented team.
• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute business strategies to enhance our brand and drive growth.
• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, from financial performance to winemaking processes.
• Staff Development: Foster well-being and professional growth among our team.
• Cap Classique Champion: Continue establishing Graham Beck as the Cap Classique of choice.
Required minimum Education / qualifications and work experience:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Viticulture / Oenology / Management
• Additional Qualifications: MBA or Equivalent, would be beneficial.
• Minimum Work Experience: 5-8 Years’ experience at General Management level
