SSA main objective is to ensure that IBS products and solutions meets Thales DIS security standards and requirements. The scope of their responsibility encompasses the entire life cycle of the products and/or solutions developed by their Engineering Center. • Security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles are correctly applied. • Cybersecurity risks are identified and correctly managed. • Customer security requirements are correctly understood and implemented. • Compliance with relevant security standards, policies, and procedures is addressed. They guarantee the correct execution of the Security Assurance plans, and of the application of Thales DIS security best practices. They support teams with the performance of the activities defined by the Software Security Assurance process and maintain the level of security expertise of the security champions. They contribute to IBS engineering security governance by collecting and reporting KPIs to the engineering security team. They oversee cultivating a culture of security awareness within their engineering center, and arranging continuing education of personnel to ensure security policies are always adhered to. Education Experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, System´s Architecture or related fields • English B2 • Having one of the following certifications (more than one would be an advantage): o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) o Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) o CompTIA Security+ o Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) • Good understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and security standards • 5 years of experience in the field of design/architecture, software development or validation, integration • Experience with development, or infrastructure teams to build secure solutions • Documentation and presentation skills • Knowledge of operating systems and proficiency in at least one development language • Experience in Pre-Sales estimation is a plus. #LI-JCB #LI-HYBRID At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
