Programme start date: August 2024 Our graduate programme in Human Resources has been designed to provide the ideal foundation for a career in Human Resources. To be eligible, you should be a final year undergraduate or Masters student and have completed all the requirements of your course before August 2024. Your specific degree subject is less important, but you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in a future career in HR. As a graduate, we will immerse you in the Project Management Office (PMO) team within HR from day one, making a meaningful contribution to our HR team. You will play a key role in delivering on our strategic projects through your support with day-to-day tasks as well as having the opportunity to deliver standalone projects as you progress. Your work in the team will ensure you build your HR and Financial Services knowledge.
