Working in a team of highly qualified integration professionals, you will use our standards-based integration technologies and toolset to expand Workday’s business offering through the delivery of quality integration components. About the Role Balance multiple priorities and build high quality enterprise applications Contribute innovative ideas to make continuous improvements to our product Discover ways to improve team's efficiency Apply your interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers on technical design Analyze and solve challenging integration issues Prioritization and design of new products and features in conjunction with product management. Scheduling and estimation of software project tasks. Improving our automation suite to ensure the utmost quality. Participation in development of the integration team, contributing to reviews of methodologies, standards, and processes. Comprehensive internal documentation of designs and product components. Resolution of defects in response to called out support issues. About You Basic Qualifications 2 years of experience with Object Oriented Programming language, such as Java or Python Other Qualifications: Experience with one or more business domains relevant to Workday systems (for example, HR, benefits, payroll, or financials) is desirable Knowledge of agile development processes is a plus Familiarity with standard development tools and processes: source control, IDE, JUnit test, debugging, profiling, JIRA, TeamCity, Crucible, etc Hands-on experience writing automation and test platforms Good team interaction with good oral and written communication skills Experience with web services standards WSDL, SOAP, BPEL, or similar technologies 3 years of experience XML standards and experience in their application (for example, XML Schema, XSLT, STX, DOM, SAX, and similar technologies) BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
