Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in Civil 3D, SolidWorks, Sketchup, and other drafting tools will be essential in producing accurate and detailed drawings for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and schematics based on specifications provided by engineers or architects
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks to generate 2D and 3D models
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and modify existing drawings as necessary
- Incorporate design changes and updates into existing drawings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Familiarity with 3D animation software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
