Job Summary:
The Sales Manager - Marble Projects will be responsible for driving sales growth and securing new marble projects. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marble and granite market. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and other key stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare detailed project proposals, quotes, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new projects.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Address any client concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and generate new business leads.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marble, granite, or construction materials industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale projects and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the marble and granite market in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
