Job Description : IAM Solution Architect Context/Scope: Diageo Digital Technology (DT) is a multi-functional global shared services function built to drive effectiveness and efficiency across our core operations and achieve our efficiency goals. The “IAM Solution Architect” role will focus on shaping the future of IAM technology architecture and embedding new products, processes and standards for all aspects of Identity Management across Diageo This role will work closely with the Identity and Access Management Solutions and IAM Process owners, Security Enterprise Architects along with key partners from the 'Information Management Security' area and Enterprise Services, HR, Consumer, Customer and Multi-functional technology teams. A trusted advisor to senior leadership in the Digital Technology function, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong influencing and interpersonal skills - to ensure that the strategic plans and roadmaps will become a reality. Dimensions: a) Financial There is a significant annual budget investment to enable delivery of the IAM Roadmap of DT which supports the delivery of the Diageo Ambition, including multiple aspects of Zero Trust philosophy b) Market Complexity c) Accountabilities Actively lead the technical vision to success though partnering with Solution Product Owners, Process owners, IMS, Solution- and Enterprise Architects Own end-to-end high-level design of IAM products and processes, crafting the crucial link between Enterprise Architecture strategic vision into IAM solution engineering. Provide strategic and mid-term thought leadership and vision for how we can efficiently deliver modern Identity Management capabilities - to protect access to critical assets while also enabling a simplified user experience. Ensure evergreen solution roadmaps (existing and new capabilities) that bring to life and support groundbreaking change Continual expansion of our solutions and process knowledge and network of influence; constantly seeking ways to multi-functionally improve benefits and harmonies of Diageo products Evaluate all business requirements and identify solutions how the different elements of business, information, and technology can be applied to solve a specific problem Influence portfolio investments for key technology solutions in line with our roadmaps Provide thought leadership and pragmatism to challenge and influence strategic direction ensuring that business process, data, applications, and technology come together to meet business needs Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Information Management and Security or similar field 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2-year experience in Solution Architecture function, preferably within a large, multi-national organization Functional Expertise: Experience with designing, implementing, expanding and redefining enterprise solutions for large, multi-national organizations. Significant experience in the embedding of strategy though solutions design to enable key Identity and Access Management capabilities, including: SSO/MFA Authentication (incl. use of Biometrics, Password-less authentication) Privileged Access Management; Privileged Identity Management Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) including lifecycle management Customer/Partner Identity Access Management Application Access Governance Extensive knowledge of best-of-breed technology platforms to deliver IdAM capabilities - including Microsoft on-prem AD and Azure AD, Azure PIM, Saviynt EIGA and AAG, CyberArk capabilities addressing needs of different identities Leadership: Bold and solution-oriented thinker – able to craft the future of own technologies, shape daring future plans and convert them to reality Outstanding social skills - the ability to translate sophisticated IT matters to those without an IT background and to articulate solutions, including resource- , techno-functional requirements, phasing and dependencies Building International and multi-functional relationships to drive engagement Strong problem-solving skills Demonstrable ability to deliver integrated Business-IT strategy Worker Type :Regular Primary Location:Bangalore Karle Town SEZ Additional Locations :Budapest Job Posting Start Date : 2023-07-12 With over 200 brands sold in more than 180 countries, we’re the world’s leading premium drinks company.
