Duties & ResponsibilitiesPro shop/MerchandiseManage stock control/correct pricingEnsure attractiveness of pro shopFacilitate sales of merchandise in pro shop and racket rentalsAssist with maintenance of courts and clubs (glass cleaning, sweeping of courts etc)Ensure seating/socialsing area is clean and optimalAssist and manage client bookings on Playtomic booking systemIssuing vouchers to clients where appropriateCreate a welcoming, healthy and fun environment for playersBuild and maintain strong relationships with players at all levelsFoster Epic culture and values throughout the clubAssist clients before, during and after matches by collecting balls and taking drinks orders and anything else they may requireWork with social media consultant to promote club and initiatives on smArrange other marketing initiatives (advertising, PR, promotions)Act as ambassador for clubDemonstrate reliability and punctualityMaintain presentable appearance and demeanorDesired Experience & QualificationMatricMin 2 years relevant operational experienceAfrikaans (advantagoes) Hospitality, Club operations experience preferred.Computer Literate - Active on Social media Own car preferable.Reside in Greenpoint area or close byInterested and participation in club sport preferable (racket sports)Package & RemunerationPermanent positionR8 000 - R10 000 per monthAvailability from Monday to Sunday (shifts to be scheduled)public holiday work is required from time to time
