As a Rehabilitation Consultantyou will play a vital role in the provisionof workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working.As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:Undertaking initial needs assessmentsPsychological worksite assessmentsVocational assessmentsIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and strategies to overcome theseDesigning, implementing and reviewing programs that assist injured employees return to the workforceProviding job seeking and advocating for your clients towards successful employment outcomesWhat you’ll bring to the roleRelevant degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social WorkerEligibility to gain, or have current membership with ASORC (associate), RCAA or AHPRACurrent Drivers Licence and Vehicle as travel is required within the rolePassion for helping people to regain their health and to return to workWe love Graduates!Graduates who are eligible for Provisional Registration are welcome to applyAbout WorkFocus Australia
