Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various departments, and providing administrative support to our team members.

Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and conducting orientation sessions
Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage calendars for executives
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts
Ensure office policies and procedures are being followed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
