HEAN is the GCC supplier and distributor of sauce condiments from Belgium.
We are seeking an experienced, punctual, and organised Admin Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately, and will be responsible for managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, being pro-active, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Main Duties
• Oversee day-to-day office operations
• Perform data entry, raising sales orders
• Maintain organised records and files
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks
• Liaise with customers and deal with new enquiries
• Ensure effective internal communication
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails & calls
• Manage and process customer orders
• Manage stock levels and product availability
• Co-ordinate & track customer order logistics
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Proven track-record in office administration and people management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time

Location: Dubai
Languages: English with Arabic (preferable)

Pay: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month
