Job Description:
1. according to the company's recruitment needs, formulate and implement the recruitment plan, to ensure timely meet the talent needs of various departments;
2. responsible for the management and maintenance of recruitment channels, regularly update and optimize recruitment channels (such as job boards, social media, job fairs, etc.);
3. publish recruitment information, screen resumes, organize and arrange interviews, and assist hiring departments in talent selection;
4. follow up the progress of candidate interviews, coordinate the interview process, and ensure the efficiency and quality of recruitment;
5. build and manage talent pool, explore potential talents, and maintain good relationship with candidates;
6. assist in employer brand building, publicize corporate culture and values through various channels to attract quality talents;
7. participate in the analysis and evaluation of the recruitment effect, provide recruitment-related data support and improvement suggestions;
8. complete other recruitment related work assigned by supervisor.
*Position Requirements:* ********Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management related majors;
2. 2-4 years of recruitment related work experience, familiar with all kinds of recruitment channels and interview skills;
3. excellent communication and expression skills, strong organization and coordination skills and stress resistance;
4. strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to independently complete the recruitment work;
5. proficient in the use of Office software, with the ability to analyze data;
6. experience in Internet industry or other large-scale enterprise recruitment is preferred.
7. Spanish nationality, proficient in English.
