- Understand the products\solutions technical specification, method of installation, and operation.
- Conduct a site survey and prepare the site visit report to identify the site condition to support the pre sales team during the pricing phase
- Prepare system shop drawings and other related site documentations
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Manage and supervise the field technicians and guide them on the implementation process and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, handover documents, and project related correspondence
- Conduct on-site installation of smart parking systems and components
- Ensure proper integration of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Configure system settings and parameters according to client requirements
- Perform functional and performance testing during installation
- Maintain high quality deliverables
- Conduct comprehensive testing to verify the functionality and performance of the smart parking solutions
- Perform system integration testing to ensure seamless operation with existing infrastructure
- Validate system behavior under different scenarios and load conditions
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for successful commissioning and handover
- Provide training sessions to customers on how to use and maintain the smart parking solutions
- Prepare user manuals, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides
- Update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for internal and external reference
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and experiences
- Provide technical support and problem solving for existing installations
- Act as a site engineer upon requirement
Qualification & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical roles, with a strong foundation in technical support in the field of ELV systems, preferably in Parking Management Solutions
- Driving License
- Strong communication skills and e-mail writing
- Data Network knowledge & Experience
- Proficient of using computer applications
- AutoCAD , MS Project & Primavera Experience
