We are looking to hire a real estate agent with a Dubai market experience, specialist in Off-Plan & Secondary Market to join our growing real estate sales team.

REQUIREMENTS :

1: It’s an urgent requirement hence candidate must be able to join immediately.
2:UAE real estate experienced is a must.
2:Excellent communication, interpersonal skills ,Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals.
3:Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.
4:Great organization skills to be able to create various scheduled, timelines and budgets.
5:Ability to work independently when making important decisions.
6:Great honesty and integrity skills.
7:Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations and drafting property sale documentations.
8: MOST IMPORTANTLY CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE RERA CARD & UAE DRIVING LICENSE OR IN PROCESS TO GET THE LICENSE.


Salary:
Option 1: 30% Commission & AED 3000/MONTH(Company will provide visa and benefit as per UAE Law.)
Option 2: 50% on Commission ONLY (Company will provide visa and benefit as per UAE Law.)
