Job Description As the Office Manager HR Assistant for Kraft Heinz Cairo, you will be the main point of contact for our fast-paced office. You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure the smooth running of office operations and procedures, including coordinating repairs, scheduling meetings, and helping to plan engaging events and activities. Your role will be critical to maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team. What you will do? You will handle the order and inventory of office supplies. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our office facilities' physical infrastructure and systems. This may involve coordinating with contractors, scheduling routine inspections, and identifying and resolving any issues. Assist the management team in running their schedules and booking appointments effectively. Setting up visit agendas, including booking calendars and making necessary reservations. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including handling all necessary paperwork and scheduling orientation sessions, Handle the travel budget by dividing it into phases and keeping track of the expenses. Ensure accurate travel procedures per company policies by working closely with the travel agency. You will supervise the office clerks and couriers. Coordinate with the maintenance companies to maintain a clean and safe office and ensure functional appliances. What you bring? Work Experience: minimum three years of previous experience supervising an office in a multinational organization Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PP, Outlook) Agility enthusiasm Passion for improving and a proactive nature Ability to Simplify Execution/Result driven Problem-solving Collaboration What we offer you?
