Role Purpose Data issue identification as well as data cleanse activity to ensure compliance with third party rights and policies. Inaccuracies can lead to errors in client missioning, billing, reporting as well as other areas of the business and in some instances can lead to compliance issues. New and existing data which has been cleansed will need to be maintained for accuracy by performing quality checks on a consistent basis. As a result, we are seeking a Data Cleanse Specialist to support the on-going and upcoming data cleanse activities specific to third party data. The Data Cleanse Specialist will be guided by the Manager, Rights Management-Commercial Rights Assurance (CRA) as well as CRA Senior Analysts to key deliverables and requirements to meet the associated business program needs. Main Responsibilities: The main responsibilities and deliverables of this role include the following: Strong understanding of the various systems like Datastore/SAP/Siebel/Salesforce/PSII, etc. Analysis, updating, and maintenance of third-party data in existing business and technical systems. Utilization of Power BI reports, internal tools and processes for data analysis, cleanse, and maintenance Scrutinizing and investigating large amounts of data Managing and delivering on multiple cleanse projects, meeting all deadlines Work alongside the Commercial Rights Assurance team, to understand requirements which we need to deliver to support internal users and our clients. Presentation of analysis, to Commercial Right Assurance Manager, Senior Analysts team members and others if required. Adapt to changes in responsibilities as building of workflow progresses. Attend and complete all “in-class” as well as self-guided training successfully within required timelines. Core Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in data analysis. Experience and knowledge will include: - Contributing as a team member while also being able to work independently - Strong communication follow up - Solid focus on management and delivery of assigned projects - Self-starter, proactive - Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, Teams, Outlook - Meeting multiple and changing deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to collaborate across multiple teams at a global level - Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards. - Develop deep knowledge and understanding of applications used to manage existing content commercialization process. - Understand commercial fulfilment tools, data implementation and processes to reduce compliance exposure. - Ensure high quality data, which increase trust reliability of the data used by various stakeholders. - Should have good analytical skills, work towards the risk reduction on incorrect data capture to reduce audit exposure Personal characteristics Industry experience, preferably in financial services is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at one time. Enjoys being part of a team but also working independently. Proactive, determined, and resilient, with a positive attitude Extensive and demonstrable problem-solving capabilities Ability to quickly adapt and change direction on the fly. Relishes scrutinizing, investigating and accuracy.
