TECHNICAL SKILLS WORK EXPERIENCE: Knowledge Experience: Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field6 minimum years’ experience in analysing functional software applications and IT project management, preferably, out of which at least 1 years with insurance applications.PMP is a must, ITIL is a plus, and other related certificatesStrong in IT GovernanceExcellent Business and system analysis skillsComputer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, CSA/CCMSolid HTML skills; familiarity with programming languagesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAnalytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsBusiness strategy aptitudeDecision-making and leadership skillsSome Technical: SharePoint, Smart Sheet, PowerAppsBusiness knowledge of GI, CTS, ERPTesting and QA experienceSKILLS COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication skillsMulti-taskingAbility to problem solve high pressure issuesGood working knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools.Experience of working with multiple projects/tasks and the ability to prioritize on the fly.Experience of supporting multiple teams within a business.Good documenting skills (Windows Office/Visio)Terms and conditionsJoining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
