Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the auto spare parts industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of auto spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, and referrals).
Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and expand market reach.
Sales Activities:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
Advise customers on the best auto spare parts based on their needs and preferences.
Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
Track and manage sales activities using CRM software.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the auto spare parts industry or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
In-depth knowledge of auto spare parts and the automotive industry.
Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel as needed.
