Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry - Presentable and professional appearance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle various personalities with tact and professionalism - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
