We are actively looking for a Civil Supervisor who provides guidance to the crews in order to assure the proper,efficient and timely completion of projects.

- Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills with employees,clients and management.

- Ensures safety and risk management practices are followed in the performance of all work.

- Ensures all construction work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.

- Utilize labour, materials, supplies and equipment in an efficient manner.

- Organizework to ensure efficient use of resources and to meet work completion deadlines.

- Delegate daily assignments to crew and provide direction and coordination withsub-contractors as needed within productivity.

- Ensuring daily ordering materials and equipment needed for installation.

- Assure installation meets compliance with the project plans and specifications

- Trains and promotes the development of crew members in the best practices ofconstruction.

- Monitorsall tools, equipment and machinery on site.

- Tracks and records all job expenses, which include materials and hours worked.

- Professionallyrepresents the company at all times and attends project meetings .

- Followthe rules and regulations according to the company policy.

Requirements

- Diplomain Civil Engineering or any relevant field.
- Min2 years’ experience in relevant field (preferable uae, other gcc experience)

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project managementprinciples.

- Abilityto organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
