Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth and enhance market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the Dubai real estate market.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales management.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry dynamics.
Excellent strategic vision and the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
