Full job description
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
