Job Summary:
D'BOX Creatives is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and grow our presence in the marketing and brand development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth of our services, which include brand strategy, brand identity, digital marketing, video production, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Performance & Reporting:
o Meet and exceed given sales targets and business development goals, by converting leads into sales.
o Regularly update top management on sales activities, client engagements, and market insights, with reports managed through the CRM system.
o Analyze CRM data to identify trends, track progress, and optimize strategies.
• Market Research & Strategy:
o Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and contact potential clients in order to generate opportunities within the marketing, branding, and event management sectors.
o Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with our company’s goals, focusing on both online and offline brand activation.
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our services competitive and innovative.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
o Identify and approach potential clients through networking, digital outreach, and industry events.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring our services meet their expectations.
o Present and pitch our services, including brand strategy, identity development, digital marketing, and event production, to potential clients.
• Service Offering Development:
o Collaborate with internal teams to refine our service offerings based on client feedback and market demand.
o Work closely with the creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Contract Negotiation & Closing:
o Lead negotiations to secure contracts that align with the company’s financial and strategic goals.
o Ensure all agreements are executed in compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the marketing, branding, or advertising industries.
o Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients and growing business in a competitive market.
• Skills:
o Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and event production services.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
o Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and report on business development activities.
