Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Matrix Finishes LLC. The ideal candidate will have to drive sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing the sales team to achieve targets in Interior Finish Products i.e. Porcelain Tiles, Marbles, Glo Panels, Linear Profiles, Architectural Lights and many more. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales management (4-6 Years), with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
